A chance for you to take regular time out to focus on
your pregnancy, your baby & prepare for a positive Birth
Each week we will practice Hypnobirthing calming breathing techniques, beneficial for labour & pregnancy, helping you to deeply connect
with your baby.
Alongside specific movement exercises, helping to create space in your pelvis to encourage your baby
into an optimal position for birth.
You will also learn bio mechanics techniques for
Labour to help your baby descend & encourage
a straightforward labour & birth.
And we will discuss essential aspects of Antenatal Education for you to feel fully informed of all your options & choices however you choose to birth your baby
We will finish each session with a Hypnobirthing guided meditation to relive stress, tension & anxiety in pregnancy & create a feeling of confidence & trust in your birthing body & look forward to labour & birth.
