day one :

A full in-person day with light refreshments in the cosy welcoming setting of Jade's Home Studio Space

in Nantwich. Deeply informative practical and fun! Learning how birth actually works, with the focus on self practise I will guide you how to use embodied Hypnobirthing tools and techniques, breath work, biomechanics movement exercises and a step by step guide through the flow of labour to prepare your mind, body and baby for birth

day two :

The 2nd day is also held in person in Jade's Home Studio space. Combining practical birth planning with comprehensive antenatal and postnatal education. Through guided discussion, an experienced doula's insight, and evidence-based information to plan for a positive birth and postnatal experience and help you navigate maternity services in real time and feel prepared for the first weeks with your new baby y h hhn
