Birthfully Embodied Sessions are the magic ingredient and the practical key to my Transformational Birth Coaching. Real birth preparation that is designed to work in labour. Using biomechanics, movement, powerful breath work and embodied methods, to prepare emotionally, mentally and physically for birth,however or wherever your baby is born.
Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to One to One and Group Course Bookings : I understand that life can be unpredictable during pregnancy, and sometimes plans need to change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a one-to-one booking, session or group course, please contact me as soon as possible so we can find a solution that works for you and refer to the Terms and Conditions Policy for guidance. Late cancellations may forfeit the session or incur a rescheduling fee. My goal is to be flexible and supportive wherever possible, while ensuring that every participant has a reserved spot and a safe, uninterrupted experience. Contact WhatsApp is the best way to reach me for cancellations, rebooking, or any questions about your sessions. I am here to support you, and I will always do my best to accommodate your needs while keeping the one-to-one or group course experience safe and nurturing for all participants.
